It is basically a curry that consists of onions, tomatoes, chilli, and bell peppers. SO delicious, and SO quick. Here is my simple version, you won’t want to miss this!

Ingredients:
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
– 1 pound boneless chicken breast, cut in cubes.
– 1 large onion, roughly chopped.
– 4 tomatoes, chopped in a chopper.
– 1/2 red and 1/2 green bell pepper.
– 2-3 green chillis.
– 1 tablespoon fresh ginger garlic paste.
– 1 bunch chopped cilantro.
– 1 tablespoon salt, pepper, coriander, cumin, and red chilli powders.
– Pinch of turmeric.
– 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice.
– Garnish with cilantro & red chillis.

Method:
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
– In a wide pan or karhai, add 3 tablespoons of oil. Fry onions and green chillies until translucent.
– Add ginger garlic paste, sauté well.
– Add dry spices and hot water if needed.
– Add chicken, cover with the spices. Cover the lid and cook until chicken changes color.
– Add chopped tomatoes. Cook them for 10-15 minutes.
– Add bell peppers, lemon juice.
– Once the bell peppers are cooked, garnish with red chillis, coriander.
– Serve with hot naan or rice!
