We hired Chef Marina to come and prepare, make and serve an authentic Argentina BBQ (Asado) in our vacation home in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico. It was so much fun that Marina is coming back in March, we can’t wait!

If you are considering a fun and learning experience and as you said you “always wanted to learn to make Sushi” you should contact Marina. I had four lady friends to my house and we had a wonderful fun afternoon. Good Sushi is difficult to find and expensive….from now on we all agreed we will easily make our own. Thanks for arranging today’s Spice Chica tour. The students could really relate to Chef Marina’s life story. She was great at telling them the variety of jobs & opportunities available in the industry. She gave them a variety of spices, some of which they had to grind, and asked them to come up with their own blend & label it with a catchy name. She encouraged them to maintain an on-line presence as a way of networking. She even offered some of them the opportunity to come and teach a weekend cooking class. The kids really enjoyed themselves!

The Spice Chica visited my senior foods classroom and we cooked up a storm. She taught them to put the recipes away and go with your gut. We made Enchanadillas (spelling?) stuffed with beef and tomatoes and also a vegetarian option with cheese. My students loved the enthusiasm from Chef Marina and loved cooking experience. They put their love into the dough and had a wonderful experience.

Chef Marina arrived early on the day that she was teaching classes to our Home Economics and Cook training students. Marina was well prepared and started her set up. Once the students arrived I observed right away how Chef Marina greeted them and made them feel at ease. She started off by introducing herself and providing a brief bio of who she was and her cultural background.Marina was very informative and pleasant with the students. She was inspiring,funny and attentive. Marina made her classes interactive and fun. The students thoroughly enjoyed the experience and learnt how to make “Empanadas.”

Marina, thanks so much for organizing such a great night! As with all you do, you put your heart and soul into creating a memorable night for my family. You are the one and only Spice Chica! Having an event like this in our home was truly a unique experience, and one we will cherish always.
Marina is awesome. Her cooking frees up a lot of my time. She makes a variety of meals and switches them up weekly to always keep it interesting. Some I eat right away and others I freeze for later in the week or to take to work. I’ve referred her to my friends with confidence and I am very satisfied with the services she provides.
Ever since the first time I’ve used The Spice Chica Chimichurri Seasoning, I’ve used it on every cut of meat known to man. The flavor is spot on, not too strong or too bland. I’ve really enjoyed the results I get when cooking ribs and pork. Really, I love this seasoning so much…it goes on almost every meal!
CHIMICHURRI: That’s an original and unique taste, I really like it on a variety of foods.
