Ingredients

85 g almonds
125 g rolled oats
200 ml plant-based milk of your choice like coconut-rice milk
3 tbsp maple syrup ⎪more to make it sweeter
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp baking powder

Instructions

Place the oats and almonds in your food processor. Pulse until it reached a flour like texture.
In a bowl combine the flour with baking powder.
In another bowl mix together all the wet ingredients.
Combine together and let the batter sit for about ten minutes. This is important so that the batter reaches the right consistency.
Make the waffles, one at the time. Topp with dulce de leche, nutella, bananas or berries.💥
