I took a pasta making class a couple years ago and you were fantastic! It was a really amazing experience. I am looking forward to the pandemic being over and signing up for another class. I have a quick question, when we made pasta, you gave us a “spice” of sun dried tomato and another with spinach (I believe) to mix in with the pasta. Are you able to tell me what is it? Is it available from you, or do I have to buy it in store? I would love to make pasta at home for my boyfriend with the amazing skills you taught me! Thanks so much for making cooking fun! You are so good at what you do!
