Thanks for arranging today’s Spice Chica tour.  The students could really relate to Chef Marina’s life story.  She was great at telling them the variety of jobs & opportunities available in the industry.  She gave them a variety of spices, some of which they had to grind, and asked them to come up with their own blend & label it with a catchy name.  She encouraged them to maintain an on-line presence as a way of networking.  She even offered some of them the opportunity to come and teach a weekend cooking class.  The kids really enjoyed themselves!
