Thank you Chef Marina for hosting Jack James students today.  Your life story was something all the students could relate to.  I appreciated how you highlighted the variety of opportunities available in a culinary career & how you told them to learn all aspects of the restaurant business.  I also appreciated your suggestion of building an online presence as a way of networking.
