Having a party or event? Whether you're having a small intimate dinner party, special occasion, or major event, you'll be glad you had it prepared by us. Initially we'll decide on a per-plate or per-person budget, from which we can then plan the menu for the day. The menu can contain as few or as many items as you desire, and each menu is custom-tailored to the specific event, whether it be a sit-down dinner, or standing appetizers. All cooking is prepared in your kitchen, and afterward, all clean-up will be done, leaving your kitchen as spotless as it was before. Your job is to mingle with your guests and have a good time, knowing that every food detail of your function is taken care of. We specialize in a variety of cuisine choices from Spanish and American Comfort Food to French, Italian &  Indian with delicious homemade sauces. Depending on your budget, the style service can be Plated, Buffet, or Family Style. We are known for creating scrumptious Canapés, Crostini, unique open-fire BBQ, fresh pasta & delicious Chimichurri all passed to each guest by our 5 Star Team of Servers.

The Spice Chica's cuisine highlights the best of locally sourced, seasonal produce of your city - wherever you are, with great emphasis on proper techniques, bold flavors and finesse. The full-service experience includes preparing, serving, and offering detailed explanations for each dish, as well as cleaning and ensuring that your kitchen looks exactly as it did when we arrived. Your event can be as small as a romantic table of two or as large as a two hundred person bash. In 2017, we serviced; Canada, Mexico, USA & Korea.
