<p>85 g almonds<br />
125 g rolled oats<br />
200 ml plant-based milk of your choice like coconut-rice milk<br />
3 tbsp maple syrup ⎪more to make it sweeter<br />
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar<br />
1 tsp baking powder</p>
<pre>Instructions</pre>
<p>Place the oats and almonds in your food processor. Pulse until it reached a flour like texture.<br />
In a bowl combine the flour with baking powder.<br />
In another bowl mix together all the wet ingredients.<br />
Combine together and let the batter sit for about ten minutes. This is important so that the batter reaches the right consistency.<br />
