										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>It is basically a curry that consists of onions, tomatoes, chilli, and bell peppers. SO delicious, and SO quick. Here is my simple version, you won’t want to miss this!<br />
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀<br />
Ingredients:<br />
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀<br />
&#8211; 1 pound boneless chicken breast, cut in cubes.<br />
&#8211; 1 large onion, roughly chopped.<br />
&#8211; 4 tomatoes, chopped in a chopper.<br />
&#8211; 1/2 red and 1/2 green bell pepper.<br />
&#8211; 2-3 green chillis.<br />
&#8211; 1 tablespoon fresh ginger garlic paste.<br />
&#8211; 1 bunch chopped cilantro.<br />
&#8211; 1 tablespoon salt, pepper, coriander, cumin, and red chilli powders.<br />
&#8211; Pinch of turmeric.<br />
&#8211; 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice.<br />
&#8211; Garnish with cilantro &amp; red chillis.<br />
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀<br />
Method:<br />
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀<br />
&#8211; In a wide pan or karhai, add 3 tablespoons of oil. Fry onions and green chillies until translucent.<br />
&#8211; Add ginger garlic paste, sauté well.<br />
&#8211; Add dry spices and hot water if needed.<br />
&#8211; Add chicken, cover with the spices. Cover the lid and cook until chicken changes color.<br />
&#8211; Add chopped tomatoes. Cook them for 10-15 minutes.<br />
&#8211; Add bell peppers, lemon juice.<br />
&#8211; Once the bell peppers are cooked, garnish with red chillis, coriander.<br />
&#8211; Serve with hot naan or rice!<br />
