<p>HOW TO MAKE THE SAUCE? Place 1 part of Chimichurri mix and 1 part vinegar in a medium bowl, let sit for 5 minutes and then add 1 part olive oil and salt (to taste). Whisk all ingredients and use. NOTE: Can be made 1 month ahead. Store at room temperature.</p>
