George and I took your Napoletana pizza course today and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We are the pizza tonight and it was 6/10, not bad for a first effort. We are interested in the Pasta from Scratch course offered on December 15th. Can we sign up for this directly with you as opposed to online.

To the many generous business owners who I have had the privilege of meeting, working with and who always contributed your time and talents to my many, many (!), requests over the years for tours, speaker events, road shows, career fairs –  you are SUCH an inspiration. You have the courage to pull ideas out of your imagination and create solutions to problems that change the way we interact with our worlds. I feel honored to have worked with you.
To the super  hardworking teachers, out of school coordinators, career practitioners, and all the other titles I can’t ever keep straight – my hat is off to you  – you give your every human effort  every day to help students in any way possible to create opportunities for their success. You are doing such great work raising our society, and it’s such a back breaking job. I feel very honored to have worked alongside you. Thank you.
To the business owners, teachers and nonprofits – you  were instrumental in opening doors, minds, and creating opportunities for the students/participants. Some results were immediate – teachers told me students talked about field trips for weeks, some of you hired students and offered job shadows, with others, the seeds have been planted and we’ll have to be patient to see future results. Do know you have made an impact and you are appreciated.

cooking class for teachers

Hi, Chef.

I realize this email might not go directly to you but I’m hoping it finds its way!
I was a participant in your 11/3 (Saturday) Napoletana pizza class, along with my wife. We sat in the middle table, just the two of us, beside two empty seats. The class was pretty full so I’m sure the faces are all a blur by now but I just felt compelled to thank you again. My Nonna, Louise Ferrari, passed away one month ago, at the age of 96, and my wife scheduled this class as a way to celebrate her life with me. She was born in Brazil and spent the early years of her life there before moving back to Northern Italy with her parents. When you said you were born in Argentina to an Italian family, I knew this class was going to be special for me. It felt like being at home with her again.
We’ll be back for more classes, I’m sure.

I took the introduction to Italian cuisine Master Class with my two parents and brother. We had the lady teacher form Argentina ! (Who was amazing).
