Had a fun evening making Tiramisu, Gnocchi & Caprese. So simple to make.
Really enjoyed the experience & definitely will return for additionalworkshops.
Marina has an incredible amount of knowledge and humour that made the whole experience phenomenal!!

Hi Marina,

Just wanted to send a quick note to say how much Freddy and I enjoyed your class yesterday. You’re talented, charismatic, and funny — what a combo! We couldn’t have wished for a better way to end our whirlwind romantic weekend.
Thank you for your generosity allowing Freddy to pay a corkage free so we could enjoy our bubbles (!), offering us a free class next time, and we will certainly have to take you up on your offer to show us what YYC has to offer, from the spicy chef who knows the local best!

Hi Marina,

No worries we’ll enjoy these in the meantime!  We actually got a gift certificate for Christmas for a steak from a really good butcher here. Grain fed grass finished all that good stuff  (miss the Alberta beef) and have been waiting to get the chimmichurri to have it. We LOVE it and I’m sure we’ll love the others. Now I’m glad I found you because Linas only carried one or two of your spices.  I wish I’d found you sooner I’d order some for Christmas for our 5 grown kids.

We hired Chef Marina to come and prepare, make and serve an authentic Argentina BBQ (Asado) in our vacation home in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico. It was so much fun that Marina is coming back in March, we can’t wait!
