My friend, Donna A., had wonderful compliments for your cooking class she and a group of ladies took earlier this summer.

I wonder if I could arrange a gift certificate with you as my husband’s birthday is coming up here in early October. He loves to cook and it would be superb if we could arrange to have you come to our home and teach us. If this is not possible, could I arrange and experience where we would come to your location for a lesson on how to make the famous ricotta gnocchi she spoke so highly of?

C. loves Italian food, as do I, but neither of us have a lot of knowledge and would very much like to learn. I hope this note finds you well and look forward to your reply.

If you would like a fantastic party I would highly recommend hiring chef Marina.
She is talented and fun. Her food is delicious. We hired her 2 times this summer once for a Bbq and a few weeks ago for a birthday dinner.Tequila and tacos. Great appies as well and so organized she does it all!
